I am located in Philadelphia, PA
How long have you been making stickers?
I’ve been making stickers for about a year now and it’s been a fun time progressing over the period of time and getting my art known.
What inspired you to first start producing stickers?
I got inspired to start stickers from a guy on YouTube named Think.
What role would you say stickers play within the greater scope of art?
If someone is walking on the street and sees the stickers it might show the talent and also might show that they could be more talented than people in art galleries
Since I live in the U.S. I get free USPS labels. The markers I first started out with were Sharpie then I progressed to using paint markers. I use Deco paint markers now but one lesson I learned is that you don’t need the most expensive supplies to make your art look better, it is the talent you have and how much you practice.
What are some of your favorite places to put up slaps?
Wherever and whenever I have stickers with me. I actually have one of my old slaps on the Wildwood sign in NJ. Also, I have people from my crew that live in the Netherlands so they put my stuff up there.
What is the longest one of your stickers has survived in the wild?
The longest one of my stickers has lasted is 6 months that I know of.
Have you ever had any run-ins with the law due to your stickering?
No police have caught me I usually check my surrounding before I put up.
What other artists inspire you:
Walt Disney is my main artist that I looked up to. I also look up to many comic book artists that do cartoons and stuff like that.
Have you ever had a funny/unusual experience related to stickering?
Me and my friend Merc where puttin up and we put up a sticker and walked away. We look behind 1 second later and this guy ripped it off.
If you had to guess, how many stickers have you produced to date?
Do you collect and/or trade slaps with other artists?
As much as possible. It just gets my stickers spread out and known.
Do you have a message that you are trying to convey with your slaps? What do you want people to take away from seeing one of your designs in the wild?
Observe it and don’t take it down.
